Limited edition

Pomegranate Ginger & Lime
For Valentine’s Day we are launching a very limited Milad Pomegranate Ginger and Lime sorbet that is silky and has a sweet and sour taste.
Perfect as dessert but even better… topped with a shot of Vodka. Use it as a palate cleanser in between courses during your Valentine’s dinner or enjoy it as dessert, with or without that shot of Vodka.
Pomegranates have always been an important part of Persian culture. Originating in Ancient Persia, they symbolised fertility, beauty and eternal life. Still today, pomegranate is often used in Persian cuisine and Persian celebrations.

Persimmon Cardamom
In Iran persimmons are called khormaloo. Khorma meams date and Aloo means prune. This makes total sense because it tastes like a date, but it has the texture of prune. I combine it with cardamom to add more depth and freshness.

Pear Almond Caramel
You know what makes pears so special? They are full flavour. Pears bring a distinctive sweet taste to the table, but they leave room for other ingredients to -here it comes- pair with. We combined with almond for that extra silky touch and caramel for the punch.

Saffron with Rosewater and Pistachio
This is the traditional Persian style ice cream I used to eat with my mom when I was a kid. This ice cream offers a unique experience in your mouth.
The saffron ice cream is smooth and silky. The rosewater will open a unique aroma layer. While the ice melts on your tongue you'll encounter small pieces of Persian pistachios. It's not ice cream, it's poetry.
Ingredient list
Tahini Stracciatella
I like to coin this flavour as Snickers from the Middle East. The tahini adds a nutty base to mix with the cream. The frozen chocolate stracciatella adds the crunchy bite. Together they combine salt and sweet.
Ingredient list
Coffee Cardamom
This flavour was my first favourite. Coffee with cardamom is a classic combination in the Middle East. People drink it in Turkey and Lebanon. At the moment it is very popular in Israel. It's the classic mocca flavour, but with a touch of Middle Eastern mystery.
Ingredient list
Almond Orange Blossom Flower
Almonds are used a lot in the Persian kitchen, not only for dessert but also in the main courses. The orange blossom aromas are a perfect surrounding for the marzipan flavour the almonds evoke.
Ingredient list
Persian Pistachio
You might have eaten pistachio ice cream before, probably at an Italian gelateria. But have you eaten Persian Pistachio ice cream? Persian Pistachios are big and bright green and they are packed with flavour.
Ingredient list
Lavender Honey
Warning! This one is addictive. This ice cream has strong aromas. After the aromas come in with a hit, the honey calms down your taste buds. After a couple of spoons, the lavender will slightly sedate your mouth.
Ingredient list
Yoghurt Pomegranate
This is a favourite in Iran, my home country. The yoghurt ice cream creates a nice round flavour bed for the tanginess the pomegranate adds next to its sweetness. It's also great for breakfast.
Ingredient listDate Arak*
Arak is an alcoholic beverage that gives the ice cream an anise flavour. To contrast the aroma I used date fruit to add a sweet and lush body to the ice cream.
Basic Flavours

Vanilla
Vanilla doesn't need any further explanation. Or maybe just this: our ice cream basis, to which we add the vanilla flavour, is made with less sugar than usual. It's sweet but not too sweet.
Ingredient list
Chocolate
I made the chocolate ice cream very very chocolate. So it's not just white ice cream with some chocolate flavour. It's actually packed with dark chocolate which gives it an intense flavour.
